By beating the game, collecting all Star Coins in every world (that includes World 9 (NSMB Wii), finding all exits in a level, and using every Mushroom House and cannon on the map, will give a notice saying everything is cleared. They are locked until you beat the level closest to it. Mushroom Houses are never unlocked when you enter a world. Saving Toad, makes a Mushroom House appear on the arrowed platform on the map (the starting point).
You must enter one of the four cannons and aim at the moving 1up or 2up Balloons. Upon entering the building will take you to a minigame called 1up Blast. The last of all is the Green Mushroom House, which resembles a 1up Mushroom. Upon entering this house will give you a Starman. It takes the shortest time, since it is not a minigame. Mushroom House ContentsHouse 1: Pre-DeterminedItems : Tanooki. The Yellow Mushroom House is probably the rarest of all.It has a white roof with stars on it. You must hit the panels and try to get as many Power Up matches as you can without getting a Bowser or Bowser Jr. Upon entering this house will take you to a minigame called Power Up Panels. The Red Mushroom House, which resembles a normal Mushroom, is the most common. Mushroom Houses are houses in the shape of a Mushroom. There are 3 in each world, some different from others. Proceed right and back out to the surface to find the "regular" exit.Mushroom Houses, also known as Toad's house, are houses that appear in worlds of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Once you hit the switch (beat world 3-5), you may enter the red pipe after the halfway-point flag since red bricks form a floor over the bottomless pit just before the pipe. You may notice that this exit isn't that much of a secret - until you hit the Red Switch on the World 3 Map Screen, you can't get to the normal exit! The Propeller Suit can really help as well. It will take some deft jumping to get here and you may want to take out the Fire Bro first. The final coin of the level is just past the area with the "ice cube conveyor belt." The cubes pass under a Fire Bro and, to the far right, their source is revealed under another Fire Bro. Jump up quickly in the middle space to grab a coin.
It passes under an area you'll need to duck to access.
Just before the halfway-point flag is a large shifting cube.
